Our policy is Satisfaction Guaranteed

When you purchase a leather jacket from leather-jackets-usa.com, rest assured that you are backed by our solid 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any of our leather jackets that you have purchased from us, simply return the jacket, in unused condition (tags attached), within 7 days of receipt of the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We understand that you may have difficulty choosing an appropriate size and may be reluctant to order as a result. Don't worry, all of the jackets that we offer are true to size - simply order the size that you are most accustomed to purchasing when you are at a store, whether its a t-shirt, a sweatshirt, etc. If you should have any questions regarding sizing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Custom orders are excepted and cannot be returned. You would know if you are placing a 'custom' order with us because we would inform you over the telephone. No item that you can purchase over the internet without speaking with us is 'custom'
